And I train people to communicate when it matters — to persuade, negotiate, advocate and make what they have to say land.

I work with lawyers, leaders and other professionals on the skills behind effective communication: presenting, persuading, negotiating, handling difficult conversations and making a case that lands.
For international professionals working in English, there is the added question of how to communicate confidently in a professional culture that may not be your own.
My approach draws on nearly seven years at the UK Bar, where finding the right words, reading the room and persuading the person in front of you were part of the job.
The aim is not to make you sound more impressive. It is to make you better at being understood, believed — and still sound like you.
A little about me
Before becoming a coach and communication trainer, I spent around fifteen years building a career in law in the UK, including just under seven years practising as a barrister.
I moved there from Estonia at 19. I learnt to build a career, find my voice and eventually advocate for other people in a country, culture and language that were not my own.
Quite a lot of what I teach now began there.
